Returns policy

  • You have 14 days from your receiving date to request a return.
  • Items can only be exchanged for the same item and color, but different size.
  • Please contact us by email (cs@myfitnature.com), our team member will guide you through the process.
  • No returns will be accepted without a prior confirmation from a MY FITNATURE Support Team Member.
  • A return case will be created and logged when your return request is understood and approved.
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
  • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
  • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will not be accepted
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
  • At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer at the time of drop-off.
  • If you are returning your entire order please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all domestic or international orders
*Please note that all underwear, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable / exchange. MY FITNATURE monitors return to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

    Our exchange procedure is simply refund first and order them again.
    Please follow "Return" steps and place a new order

     

    Damages and issues 
    Please contact us by email to cs@myfitnature.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      

    Can sale items be returned?

    • Items marked as sale are eligible for return up to 14 days once delivered to you.
      • After 14 days have passed the item is final sale and no longer eligible to return. 
      • This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning items for a refund.
    • Underwear, socks, and facemasks are final sale and ineligible to be returned due to hygienic reasons.
