My Fitnature processes and dispatches all orders within 48 hours following verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.

My Fitnature is not responsible for any delay in the delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. You should contact us if you have not received your package within 20 days of placing your order and we shall try to help locate your package. If your package is being held by local customs authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange the clearance of your package. If you are not able to arrange customs clearance, the package will be returned to us and we will deduct any shipping expenses incurred by us to return the package and refund the remaining credit to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.

2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information
3. If the order has any pre-order item, we will wait until all items arrive and deliver together.
4. If we receive return package from courier which the address, contact number or any information provided by the customer is incorrect, customer needs to pay the delivery fee again and rescheduled delivery.
5. Our Company will not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping, the customer shall bear the risk. Please check the goods immediately after receiving goods. If there is any error of goods or style, you should reject the post and let the courier company return to our company.
6. If you find the product is damaged or have quality problems after receiving the goods, we apologize for it and please notify us within 7 days from the receiving day. We will follow the returns policy for the replacement.
7. If you would like to refund product, customer will need to bear the returning shipping fee and we will charge 5% of the total order amount for the administrative fee. We will follow the returns policy for the replacement.
